Journaling

Resolution No. 2: Journal your day.

In the hustle and bustle of life, we often lose sight of our true selves and our deepest aspirations and forget to see ourselves beyond our responsibilities.

Journaling provides a soulful outlet to express thoughts, feelings, and daily routines. It provides a non-judgmental space to rant and helps you gain a bigger perspective on things.

Regular journaling, as shown in a 2018 study, has both emotional and physical benefits. Expressive writing contributes to

   - Stress management

   - Lowering depressive symptoms

   - Greater overall psychological well-being

   - Enhanced memory

   - Improved social behavior

   - Improved lung, liver, and heart health
