"Living the Music" Legal Disclaimer Agreement
This Agreement, entered into by SOL Sound of Life Media LLC (referred to as "SOL") and individuals ("Users") utilizing the "Living the Music" feature within any SOL platform or application (including, but not limited to, SOL TV, SOL Music, and SOL Shopping Network), outlines the terms of engagement with this entertainment feature.
Agreement Upon Utilizing the "Living the Music" Feature:
This Agreement is automatically initiated and becomes effective when a user engages with the "Living the Music" feature within any SOL application or platform. By using this feature, Users accept the terms and conditions described herein.
Purpose of Feature:
The "Living the Music" feature is designed explicitly for entertainment purposes within the SOL platform. By engaging with this feature, Users acknowledge that SOL provides no guarantees, representations, or warranties related to its use, and SOL assumes no liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the feature’s utilization.
Release of Liability:
By using the "Living the Music" feature, Users expressly agree to release, waive, and discharge SOL Sound of Life Media LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or responsibilities arising out of or related to their use of the feature. This release of liability extends to all claims both present and future, whether known or unknown, and includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other consequential loss.
Safety Emphasis:
SOL places an explicit emphasis on safety. Users are reminded to follow all local, state, and national laws, especially regarding the operation of motor vehicles. Under no circumstances should Users interact with the "Living the Music" feature while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medications, or other substances that may affect their ability to drive or operate heavy machinery. Failure to adhere to these safety guidelines may result in serious injury or death, and SOL assumes no responsibility for such outcomes.
Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging with the "Living the Music" feature, Users expressly accept these terms and conditions and agree to release SOL from all present and future liabilities, whether identified or unforeseen, in connection with their use of this entertainment feature. Users also acknowledge that SOL reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement without prior notice, and continued use of the feature implies acceptance of any revised terms.
Legal Enforcement Provisions:
SOL Sound of Life Media LLC retains the right to take any necessary legal action to enforce the provisions of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, pursuing claims related to the misuse of the feature, violation of these terms, or failure to comply with local, state, and national laws while using SOL’s services.
